CONOR L. MULLAN, Esquire, joined Richard A. Levan & Associates, PC in November 2005 as an associate, where he concentrates on Securities Regulation and Litigation and White Collar Defense. He is a 2005 graduate of Widener University School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Mullan attended Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio, and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware in 2002. He was also a member of the Kenyon College Varsity Tennis team.

Mr. Mullan co-authored “SEC Loses Insider-Trading Case: Court ‘Distressed’ by Counsel’s Conduct,” The Legal Intelligencer, 234(106), December 4, 2006, and “Blow Dealt to Corporate Defendants in Backdating, Spring-Loading Cases,” The Legal Intelligencer, 235(49), March 13, 2007. He is also the co-author of “SEC Enforcement Actions Under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940” published in the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Federal Securities Law Forum 2006 and 2007 course books.

Mr. Mullan is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Securities Regulation Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and the Asian American Bar Association.
