Richard A. Levan, Esq. appointed to PSC’s Attorney Advisory Committee

Philadelphia, Pa.—June 5, 2007—Richard A. Levan, partner in the Philadelphia law firm Levan Friedman LLP, has been appointed to the Pennsylvania Securities Commission’s Attorney Advisory Committee.  The committee provides the PSC with views from the private bar on matters involving operations in the PSC and the Commonwealth’s securities laws.  The committee meets three times a year.
