Levan Speaks at NASD/Wharton Institute

Philadelphia, Pa.—October 25, 2006—Richard A. Levan of the Philadelphia law firm Levan Friedman LLP spoke on October 12 on Responding to Regulatory Inquiries and Conducting Internal Investigations at the NASD/Wharton Institute in New York City.  His presentation served to educate compliance officers, attorneys, and human resources and financial professionals about the challenges involved in conducting such investigations, as well as strategies for successful reviews.
