EXPERIENCE
Richard
Levan has over twenty years' experience handling civil
and criminal cases initiated by such entities as the
Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Department
of Justice, various state securities and insurance agencies,
and self-regulatory organizations such as the NASD,
the New York Stock Exchange, and the Philadelphia Stock
Exchange. He formerly served as the chief litigator
for the SEC's Philadelphia Office, as well as an Assistant
U.S. Attorney at the Department of Justice in Washington,
D.C. Before forming his own firm, he was a partner at
a national law firm, where he co-chaired the firm's
Securities Litigation & Regulation Group.
Richard's
litigation background and experience is unparalleled.

- Conducted over 100 grand jury investigations
- Won 17 jury trials in a row
- Represented countless individuals and firms in investigations
